Pricing on charges

Being a little bit confused on the price of charges, considering that there is some scammers, i wish to begin that discussion over the pricing of any charges. This post is relative to my wish to sell some of those jewelry that everybody run after. And, of course, to know more about at how much i have to sell them.

By the way, there is a little list of the kind of charges i saw being sold:
-Ghoul's touch
-Invisibility
-Spell reflection
-Protection
-Blessing
-Teleportation

I'm confused... charged weapons, for example, are the one group of items that CAN'T be scammed, since you can't just use them a ton and then repair them and claim they are "unused" as they Arms Lore.

-Ghoul's touch - 100-300/charge for skinning knives,crap up to 1k/charge for good weaps. hallies and vanqs can go for 2-3k/charge
-Invisibility - 50/charge on clothing and 75-100/charge on jewelry
-Spell reflection - 250/charge on clothing (less on hats) and 3-500/charge on jewelry
-Protection 10-20 gp/charge
-Blessing 10-20 gp/charge
-Teleport - 250-400/charge

Of course, discussion stay open for those who would bring their experience about using them, with the kind of weapon or so. It might be usefull for vendors wishing to adapt their pricing.
