ive never seen a necklace of ghouls touch before it has 7 charges is this rare? i believe its very uncommon i dont know what it would be worth.

I've seen it plenty. But it's normally on weapons. I've never seen it on jewelry.

It probably paralyzes you when you equip it

unless derrick made that effect no longer appear on jewelry then it's not rare and not valuable. I've gotten it tons of times on jewelry and it does paralyze the wearer upon equipping as i learned the first time i put one on.
