Old Vet looking for small house temp... or temp loan

Hey guys, I used to play catskill back in 97-99 just decided to check back in to UO. I tried to get back on cats but theres so much new shit and it all seems newbed out. I am going stedy on this shard for 9 days now... made a warrior and a bard so far... gm'ed swords, tac, anatomy and on bard gmed music and prov but I have no funds or no place to call home. If anyone would be intrested to invest a little money on me I can pay back over time...

I was thinking of maybe 100k loan I can find a place to place a deed if no one has house.. I jsut need a small house and some $ to buy regs and get my magery up... I know it's prob a longshot and yall might say to just grind it out. But I can offer collateral even if its my account information to a noble and honest person who wants to help me get back into the swing of things...

Once I get my bard, warrior and a craftsman together, which im sure will take me a month tops I can promise to make good on payment and maybe intrest... appreciate the time of anyone reading this..

The collateral is the small house itself.

The Bank owns the house, and co-owns the player. When the player has paid off the loan, the Bank transfers ownership of the house to the player. This way, a brand new player with no cash can get a loan for a small house... the house itself is the security.
