New York City Inspired Thief

So today, I was taking the 123 subway from Water/Wall up to Port Authority. After a lazy day of reading this forum, I sit and listen to a public service announcement from the MTA where it describes not carrying your wallet in you back pocket due to pickpockets and such. I look around and think to myself, is chumbucket everywhere.... WTF.

Needless to say, after reading some of the funny items from chumbucket, I am rolling up a thief, even though I never played one on Chessy back in the early days.
