Alright... been in and out of UO over the years.

Some quick questions...

How long has this server been up?

I see now that there are around 300-400 clients "on". Does that mean actual players, or the amount of characters in the game at one time? For example, is there 200 players w/ 2 windows = 400 clients?

Would the generic tank mage/swordsman be Magery/Resist/Eval/Medi/Swords/Tacts/Wrestling? Or will GM Anat/Tactics count as wrestling?


I know this information is all over this forum. I'm short for time now. Look to try to log on later tonight and wander around!

Server has been up just over a year? I think 14 months, not 100% sure.

About 250 uniques is the norm and usually those 250 have about 400 or so client running. !status in irc will show you both the total and unique numbers

Old school standard 7x is the pvp char of choice.. swords,tact,mage,med,eval,resist,wrestle.

But many different templates are used here!

but you can find people EVERYWHERE its quite amazing.
this is the highest populated shard you will find that is for t2a.

Another quick question... going to be on break from work and stop back home. Won't have enough time to do any herding or lumberjacking...


But what would work better for STR? Something I can jump in and macro on my new characters.


Anatomy? Or Arms Lore?


New characters... just want to obviously train easy stuff like STR/DEX WEAPON/TACTICS and start making gold that way. I'm not a miner/lumberjacker as I'd probably quit... nothing against that method to starting out, it's just not fun for me.

I played from launch through Necro era... w/ breaks in between.... but is this server based on the time where mages often wore leather suits?
