Selling Yew Lich Small House

I would like to sell my small house, a few seconds away from Yew's Guard Towers *NOT GUARD ZONES*, South Sheep's pen, and Yew Lich spawn.

I reckon I don't need all that much for it, as it is not the best location there ever was, however, it is still a pretty good location.
So if anyone wants it just make me an offer... I don't have to sell it... but I really don't use it all that much anymore...

CIRCLED IN RED:
I circled the Orc Fort, The main Lich spawn (closest of the 3 Ruins), along with the Yew Cemetery, and the other 2 Ruins in Red.

CIRCLED IN BLUE:
2 Guard Towers *NOT GUARD ZONES*

GREEN *:
2 of 3 Yew Sheep pens.

If this was mine and i had it up for sale for 3 mounths without biding i would have reeded it.
Thing is there is to many of these spots open, only spots that sell is if you have a small prime house.
