Vendor Redeed issues?

I pretty sure in the past this has worked for me and then another time it didnt? - so i took the liberty of taking a screen shot this time.

basically I was trying to redeed my vendor - i used the vendor replace command as stated in uosa wiki:

name replace: Operates the same as name dismiss, except you receive your deed back upon using this command.

but i did not recieve my deed?, i checked my bank and it was not there either?

also not sure what theat white text says in my journal????

I am reluctant to place vendors again for quick trades if it gonna cost me the extra gold? - deed price + service gold lost!

You took all the gold off of him (he didn't have any "banked" money,) so you lost your deed.

I am 99% sure you only get a deed back, if the vendor still has money on him when you deed it. The money in his "deposit" will be there even if you deed him, and then re-use him later.
