Thanks guys! Yeah, it's a really nice price for the location and what you get...there were people leaving books offering to buy it for near the current price shortly before it went on the market, and that was before they knew what all would come with the package inside the L-shape itself.

Bump- this sold last week for the original price, but the new owner bought it for a friend and the friend turned out not to need it.

So he asked me to sell it again, this time for a lower price...good deal for anyone who wants to benefit from the miscommunication by grabbing a very good deal
