I thought I had a file on my computer, that had rares info I had collected over the years. Well, it seems when I got a new computer a few years back, I didn't transfer that file over. With that said I found the notebooks I use to keep info in. I had to sift through allot of it to make up a list. Allot of the stuff I had in them pertained to Seer items, as well as daily and true rares, with allot of crap from AOS up to 2007.
The list is not 100% accurate, in fact I am sure there are a few items missing from the list. The info was compiled over the 8 years I played UO, as well as through sites like Markeedragon that use to have extensive rares info and by other players that I traded rares with. The list is not meant to put into place what should or shouldn't be a rare. Nor is it meant to dictate how many should exist. It is meant more or less as a visual to let people know what was out there.
I also put a small list together of rares that were believed to spawn somewhere in a monthly time frame. I also added to that list some rares I came across or were told about. Was unable to decipher weather they were Server Birth, Seer or Bugged items. I placed them at the bottom of the list, with some info I had written down on a few of them.
I'll have to make a few posts to fit the lists in.

Grasses - Confirmed its existence on Catskills, Atlantic, Pacific, Europa & Chesapeake, rumored to be on all original shards. Have only seen the item locked in a bag or crate. Leads me to believe the items were obtained thru a bug, probably not a Server Birth.

I left info out on the different colored bottles, flasks, beakers, and the Necro regs. Part of it is out of laziness's and in some cases I just lumped them together as a whole, rather then list each one. If we build a rares data base, then I will be happy to go back in more detail and list all the individual items from the sets.
On some of the rares I had written down like Bloody Bandage, and Stacked Ingots (Gold, Copper, Silver, & Iron) for example, were considered Server Birth. Yet I see allot of them around peoples houses, which left me to believe they are not the case here. As such rares like that I left off my lists, though in reality they would be on there.
