A small house located 1 tile from the Trinsic moongate guardzone. There are no trees or other sight obstructions of the front steps, which are also fully visible from the moongate. Obviously this location gets TONS of foot traffic as this house is right next to the gate, making this a great location for vendors.
There is also a guild in the area, The Dungeon Crawlers of Trinsic [DCT]. These guys make great neighbors and they are constantly coming and going, providing more foot traffic to the area.
There is very little spawn, however the occasional ghoul, ettin or orc does wander by. The guards however are very well equipped for handling these situations and I believe the Trinsic guards have a reputation for extremely fast response times (Test them yourself!) .
