Spot is a quiet spawn with low spawn ( occasional red brigand spawns north of it) with mining just to the west. Delucia passage is just south of the house approximately 5-10 second run depending if mounted or on foot.

Really sorry this deal didn't happen. Had like three UO irons in the fire, server went down, real life intervened...all sorts of randomness. The deal that we decided to go with didn't even go through! Not a fantastic UO night. I would like to extend a complementary set of 1000 ingots for the hassle tonight. I hope we can do business in the future.
