The same thing applies for a huge variety of rares/items on UOSA, fixing this one item will only prompt another. There are many things that should be really common, yet they are just not, and people here would complain if you made them common.

Great! Despite complaints, no one deleted their accounts (to my knowledge) over the crystal balls. This seems like much the same thing.

Closed barrels shoudl spawn where open barrels are now
