How do Magery and Eval Int affect spell damage?

Hi All,

I'm relatively new to the shard and I was wondering how do Magery and Eval Int affect spell damage?

Does anyone have any accurate % or calculations? The Wiki contains no information on this.

E.g. If I have magery at 80 rather than 100, will it do less damage for say Ebolt?

I know that Eval Int at 80 rather than 100 will do less damage, I'm just wondering how much?

Edit2: For anyone who wants to know:

While magery doesn't seem to directly affect actual damage (based on my tests on test centre and the wiki) it does alter the persons chance of resisting your spells.

Eval will directly affect how much damage you do.
