I also purchased a Large Patio from Telamon today. Trade went flawlessly. Gave him both the gold and deed at the bank, he gated me to the house where he traded it AND gave me a rune. (Which is great, because I forgot to bring a blank and don't think I would've been able to find the house again haha)

Recently bought a large w/ patio from Telamon. It was not on his list but he found one for me in a nice spot on Ice Island which was cool because I love living there. No broker involved, was a straight up deal between me and him. He was willing to show the property before purchase and this was an honest, legit transaction. He even helped me out with some in game tips for keeping my house secure, among other things. This will add to a long list of excellent feedback but I feel like he is deserving of a lengthy compliment due to the level of service and professionalism this player will provide you when purchasing UO property on this shard. I would buy all my property through Telamon, if only to save time placing on my own. Thanks again Telamon!
