I have tried but I am not good at placing houses. Like i said the keep owner next door has been trig to sell me his keep for a long time however I was never able to afford.

Yes a keep is included in this auction. there is a tower right next door(which is included in the auction as well) to the east and another keep right next door to the west(owned by someone of WL)

Just a suggestion, if you want people to think its gonna go fast then pay some people 10k to throw fake bids. It'd look better than just stating that its gonna go quick followed by several more bumps.

I understand you are starting this at 1.4 million, but there doesn't seem to be much interest thus far.
