For sale: Keep and tower combo in amazing & very secluded location on the grass. Ocean in front, forest on 2 sides with spawning camp (brigand, lizardmen, orc, etc) just behind keep. Easy way to build karma/fame and chance at 902 sandals (I've gotten 3 pairs since I've lived here). Nice big front yard. Tower will make your keep safe whether you keep it as is or downgrade to brick or patio. The wells are unmarked and with the trusted history of who has owned this keep before me I can say that it is safe. I've lived here about three months and very rarely have seen anyone come by. If security and privacy is what you're looking for, this is the one.

Comes as seen in pics, with nice stairs that I built myself and add-ons inside the keep.

Trusted broker to be used.

Price: 2 milllion. Set price, no auction.

Purchaser will remain private if so desired.

One person has shown interest in buying both but is raising the money. Another party has shown interest in only the keep but is also gathering funds. So if you're waffling on this... act now!

As a note, I prefer to sell as a combo but would sell the keep alone for 1.5. I would only sell the tower separately if the keep was sold on its own first.
