Re: Capture the Capital (CTC)
Game #9 Photo Action!
It was a hard fought battle, but in the end Jada Silvermoon lead the Blood Capital to victory!. You could say their victory was due to the use of communication! Blood Capital used guild chat far more then Mana Capital, as well as Ventrillo to coordinate.
Some action clips...
Mighty Whack, no where to run!
Relax! its only two charged halberds, no biggy.
Stealthiness is only good in the shadows....
Paradox takes advantage of the "no wandering" rule as HeadlessHorseman wanders to his death.
Mana Capital launches a siege on Blood!
Thanks to all who came out, and to the winners, enjoy your special prizes!

Re: Capture the Capital (CTC)
Reduced the cost of Extra Reg's in the diplomacy points section. They now cost 1 point down from 2.
I have just restocked the Event area and am ready to host Game #10 of CTC!
Please read the original post to gain an understanding of the game, and look for my announcements in this thread, IRC, and in game.

Re: Capture the Capital (CTC)
I really want to get one tamer on each team for game #10.
If you are a tamer, and want to play, please post here or PM me, thanks.
I'm going to do this Saturday night, and if I have time during the day, I will make it a Double Header and run two games!

Re: Capture the Capital (CTC)
Rose...couple things...
1. Saturday may not be good if we have to deguild. We have the event on sunday and if Trug can't reguild us it'd royally hurt us, lol. Though im not suggesting you reschedule over this. We'll "see".
2. I didn't see the ability to purchase poison. Can it be purchased? I, for example, have an orc mage who has the poisoning skill. It seems buying a keg and applying poison to my team would be a valid tactic. If we have an alchemist, is he able to grind potions/poison?
3. I could be wrong, but 500 bandages for a team of dexxer orcs looks very low. Are there any options to trade regs for bandages or buy more bandages? I doubt a single orc mage would burn through 500 of each reg, so it seems like overkill.

If you join as a guild (all players on your team must be in the same guild) then you don't have to leave the guild, but you will need your guild master to "war" the opposing team's stone.Ronk wrote:Rose...couple things...

You can definitely grind nightshade to make poison. Also I have been meaning to add a Poison Potion package to the points list. I will get this done right away, before the next game.Ronk wrote:2. I will use discretion when it comes to a large amount of dexxers on one team. You cannot trade in any starting gear, but I will consider adding more bandages if there is an overwhelming amount of dexxers on one team. Also don't forget that you may steal the other teams supplies during the game.Ronk wrote:3. I could be wrong, but 500 bandages for a team of dexxer orcs looks very low.
