As for the sale price of a placed brick house, it varies greatly. It can depend on the location, the seller, the shape of the housing market, among other things. You just have to see what's for sale.

A nothing-special location will run you deed price + 10-40k. So somewhere around 160k.

i just started on this shard with some friends, we just came from hybrid. just was looking for a rough estimate. thanks for the help.

btw i already have a small and i hate it. i like to able to walk around in my house lol.
