Log in on 4th (server time) > Bag in backpack and message a few seconds later.

I think maybe really young accounts don't get them.

Ahh ok, didn't realize you had to log in on the 4th to get it. Probably should have done that.

Ya i beleive to get holiday gifts, your account has to be over a certain age, and must log on during that day.
