Bug in Survival Event

For the survival that was on Monday, I was entered into the 3rd round. Strangely, I was the only person entered into the third round and there was no winner. If you check the IRC logs you'll notice I got eliminated however the event never "finished" and no winner was ever announced. I know for sure there was noone else playing since I was chatting to someone at the same time and they told me I was the only person playing.

Even more bizarre, a friend was trying to enter the event shortly after the second round started and was told "signups are closed". Surely she should have been able to join given there were still free slots in the third round that took place.

This can happen when people drop out (by logging out)

If there is no winner, i.e., survivor, there is no award.
