What happened to Bongy's patio

I never heard anything about and idoc or anyone talk about it, currently there is a tower there and the owner has claimed that they just stumbled across the spot open, I can't imagine how this could be true but its what I heard. Since I know there was good loot in that I can't imagine it went idoc, leaving that spot open and the people who looted the idoc couldn't even place a small there. If anyone can give more info on this I'd be grateful as I'm pretty curious about this.

house was greatly worn / empty think the friends list had been cleared and lol 2 days later someone i know got lucky late night stumbled on the empty spot randomly and now they own it

From what I heard through the grapevine was that someone rolled up on the spot and there was no house there. To the best of my knowledge it did not decay. Probably deeded.
