I do not believe so. The beach drops off at the back and I think smalls are all that will go here.

I remember the ole shard i was on that a 2 story fitted there where the brick and the other small was. just saying its an awesome spot.

Old Shards had to be placed in the 1st Age for it to be a Smithy/Brick/2Story
If you notice any houses in this spot on Trammel would only be a Villa.
