EU timezone player looking for other EU timezone players

I am having a hard time to find a groupe (or even players) who are active in my timezone. I feel like I am missing out on a lot of fun. So my questions are: are there any EU timezone guilds (that i am not aware of) and who's from Europe? I am from Holland btw.
