Arkon here. Glad to see you were able to take re-place this patio since my finace and I had to leave UOSA on short notice. I knew you were interested in it and the day I gave most of my items away I tried to catch you online to give it to you (or your husband) but you couldn't be found, so I hoped when it collapsed you would be ale to re-place, and apparently you did! Grats!

On a side note to potential buyers - My finace initially placed this house in hopes of starting up some vendors but she was never able to invest much time into it. However, it did get a lot of traffic and what little she did have for sale, typically sold very quick. It's a great spot.
