Secluded Tower - Grass and Private

It's a tower that nobody will probably ever find you at. It's on the grass, not in the jungle, not in the swamp, not on ice. Little to no spawn in the area, water all around you. I own two other smaller properties in the area that I will remove after sale. One other neighbor (two story) doesn't play and only refreshes at greatly worn and sometimes idoc. Was hoping it would fall but it hasn't. I will gladly give all information on him I know. If an awesome isolated tower is what you are looking for, send me a PM and I will show it to you. Not posting a pic or location because I believe the isolation is the strongest point of this tower.

Price is tower deed plus small deed. Deal can be done with a broker or you can pay first. Up to you.
