mabey you should drop it down to a keep and 20k for starting. Then bid in increments of small if you do that i would bid deed and 20k and follow it.

Is that tower close enough to where someone could be on the roof casting EVs down on the keep?

i'm not sure on that. i do know i can cast EVs up to the tower.
