Hey,
I just registered for this shard because I've felt the need to play UO again. I used to play a lot on a shard called The Alter Realm which was run to emulate the T2A OSI days, which it appears this shard does as well. I haven't played in years, but when I did it was all about the PvP for me, but I was figuring I'd throw this out there and see if anyone would be willing to help me start out, get back in to the swing of things. If not it's cool, I'll just find you when I remember my old ways hah. Look forward to playing UO the way it should be played and keep an eye out for JRobertson if you're lookin' to make new friends.

I'd suggest creating a bard. You can make a lot of money, and there isn't much overhead. That should get you started pretty well.

Thanks, and goddamn wow this is some fast responding. Good stuff. But will a bard be good for PvP, my old style was a poison dex fencer with healing and magery

Well... You need to make money as making this ultra mega pot dexxer fencer mage pvper badass will probably take you 200k gold and making a bard is the fastest template to get that 200k of gold.

Also poisoning is brutally slow and a waste of a GM on any character other than a mule.

Something you may want to consider is that the majority of melee's or dexxers on this shard are macers as everyone is on mounts, runs EXTREMELY fast FOREVER and EVER and the only cure to that is macing and hoping that they don't have refresh pots

poisoning wont give your cahr here and advantages when useing poisoned items like it did in later uo releases, anyone can use a piosoned wep effectively
