Is he running any bit torrents, downloads, etc?

www.pcpitstop.com may be able to help. I doubt it has anything to do with the server so he should look into trouble shooting his computer. Does he get packet loss in other games?

Like Ronk said, make sure he is not running any other background processes like a bit torrent host that may be hogging his bandwidth. If that is not the problem you have a couple of things to try.

First and foremost, run a virus/spyware scanner on his system. There may be a host process running on his machine doing malicious things in the background.

IF none of the above is the problem and you suspect the issue is with his internet connection, try this...

To see if it is a breakdown between the pipeline connection between him and the server have him click start/run and type cmd and hit ok to get to the command prompt window.

Have him type ping -t uosecondage.com press enter. Look at the ping reply times and see if they vary or stay pretty consistent. Press Ctrl-C on the keyboard to break the ping command after letting the test run for a short while.

If there are variations of more than 5-10ms in your ping response times, you can try running a trace route bewteen him and the server a few times to see where the connection is breaking down.

Next at the command prompt type tracert uosecondage.com and press enter.

This may take a bit to run but it will show you how many network switches the connection passes through on it's way to the second age server. If you see any hops that do not show ms times for how long the hop takes and it shows *** *** or very high ms times, that may be where the problem lies. If this is the case, it could be a problem with the connection/ISP.

If everything works out good and you get good ping reply times consistently and no issues with the trace routing, the problem is definately not the connection and there could be a hardware problem.

To add to what RawToxic Suggested, if you do see problems with the pings and tracert's to uosecondage.com, try the same methods but use something like google.com instead. If you see similar results for a different internet domain and you can't find anything wrong locally you may want to submit those reports to your ISP.
