Just want to get some information on some of the different guilds and what they stand for.

I won't hog the thread, but here's a few, both large and small (starting with mine, of course). You can also learn about the larger guilds here. That only includes guilds that have their own forum, and some of those guilds are no longer active (i.e. PoV).

I think there's like 793 guilds on this server, so listing them all is impossible. Now that 793 includes idk how many disbanded, dead, or private guilds.

The Company of the Vigilant [C^V]: Anti-pk, Anti-griefer, PvM, PvP. Helps new players out as much as possible. (Guild Town: New Windmere)
Britannian Patrol Department [BPD]: Anti-thief. Hangs around banks in towns, IDing and killing thieves. Has almost died out numerous times. Afaik, it's starting to rebuild, tho.
Immortal Lords [IL]: Medieval RP, Anti-pk, Anti-griefer, PvP. (Guild Town: Shadowmire)
The Wrong Crowd [TwC]: Very small thief/prank guild. Only a handful of members.
Bloodrock Clan [URK]: Hard-Core RP guild. (Guild Town: URK Fort)
Chumbucket & Associates [cA]: Thief/scam guild
cA Department of Justice [>->]: PK guild. sub-guild of cA
Syndicate of Successful Salesmen [$$$]: Crafting/vendor guild. More of a trademark than a guild name. Owners of the $$$ Rune Tower.
UOSA Society of Adventure and History [UoH]: Plans UOSA community events. Owners of the UOSA Museum.
Pirates of Dark Water [PoD]: Semi-RP Pirate guild, PK/thief. (Guild Town: They have one but I'm not sure if it has a name. Maybe a PoD can help me out here.)
Dungeon Guards [DG]: Anti-pk, PvM guild. (Guild Town: DG Town)
Kingdom of Ascalon [K^A]: Not sure if they actually stand for anything or have a purpose. Really big guild. (Guild Town: Ascalon)
Terror Guard [TG]: pk/griefer guild. Ganks people in dungeons. Never seen them fight 1v1.

There's more, but my hands are tired. Someone else take over.

Here are the two guilds that I'm involved with:

Merchants of Britain [MoB]: Merchants and Crafters. Merchants of Britain run the Britain Stop and Shop Vendors

Nova Zelandia [NZ]: This is my PvM guild. Adventures are organised at NZT (New Zealand Timezone) friendly times. Also good for US players who like playing at about 3am.

The Working Bees or The Bees for short (Bee), We're a crafter/ ressource gatherers guild. We're pretty new here but we're always ready to help anybody.

Honestly Urk isn't "hardcore" rp, its pretty casual. You are always "in character" but it's a casual, fun character to be in.

Well, I just wouldn't expect an URK to walk up to me like "Sup man? How's it hangin?" That's what I mean by Hard Core. You guys always stay in character, no matter what.

L/D = Lords of Death. Small pk Guild made up of 5 members. 3 are IRL family, 1 IRL friend and 1 In game friend. We all played in the good ole days and we are new to this shard.

Main Members: Anabolic, Infidel, IXIrredescentXI, Napalm Death, Chrome.

we dont do much recruiting cuz we like a small force and dont trust many people but if ya want to join come find us in glow. im sure well be around

I have a couple friends IRL Warlords Maximus and SneakyT. Im not sure if I want to follow or go my own way but the Warlords always seem to be there in the time of need. What are the Warlords all about?

Is that the same IXIrredescentXI that surfaced as one of the first PKs on Pacific?? If so, that dude was a legend. I remember him running around mowing all the new players down. Ahead of his time for sure...
