Carpentry thingy place in Britt... West of the healers and north of the West bank. Right north of the skinner house.

doesn't have to be Brit, but yes, carpentry buildings should have one if not two NPCs that will sell house deeds of many kinds. having trouble locating a carpentry shop? try UO automap

I just re-started UO, What's this Shards housing saturation?

Still any places to put houses left? Still places for larger homes? or only the rare 6x6?

Thanks.

Thanks. That's good to hear.

Due to my noob status, I'm still trying to get myself started. So a 6x6 is a castle in my eyes at this point. I don't know how long it will take me to get the 50k i need for a house, but i'm happy to hear there are places left to put one. Finding a place is another story, but should be a fun adventure.

You will have no problem whatsoever placing a small house if location is not a concern.

Yeah, you will have zero difficulty finding a spot for a small, especially in less-than-ideal locations. Might have to look a bit harder trying to find a spot for a small in decent locations. Spots for towers and the like...they are out there, but you'll have to look high and low, and might have to know some of the ins and outs of house placement. When you get rich enough to buy a larger home like that, I'd recommend just purchasing an already placed one. Often, you can buy one in a solid location for deed + 25k-50k or so, depending on location, as far as towers are concerned. Keeps and castles you are looking at quite a bit more. Hope that helps.
