Firebreathers and Para

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Paralysis will no longer prevent firebreathing creatures from breathing fire.

I thought this is how we have it..
When I GM'd my tamer I did it solely on White Wyrms because they wouldn't breath fire on me while paralyzed like drags would..
Granted this was almost two years ago..
