You can't bless items here on UOSA however you can get a clothing bless deed for 150 trophy points (from events). This deed will allow you to bless any piece of clothing.

for clothing do you mean something that i'm wearing , such as a ringmail tunic , or simply a cloth , such as shirts and robes ?
