Mana Regen Formula?

Is there a formula for mana regeneration? I know intelligence stat, meditation skill, and armor rating are all part of it, but is there any specific formula to see the rate when medding/not medding based on those factors? I searched but didn't find anything, thanks.

That has some rates I got through testing, but I didn't spend the time working out a precise formula since my numbers are a little rounded (and prone to variance based on my lack of skill with a stopwatch).

Thanks, your post was actually the best thing I found when I was searching. I wasn't sure if there was anything more specific, but I guess it's a test and see kinda thing. I appreciate your effort though.
