Selling 2 Story near UOSA Museum

No spawn in this area and very quiet neighbours.

Near mountains, and there is a large mine to the West.

The swamps are nearby, but the spawn does not make its way anywhere near this house. Good for getting leather if you are so inclined.

The UOSA Museum is directly West of this 2 story including rune library and rare displays.

Buyout is L-Shape Deed + Small House deed

Will consider offers and accept reasonable bids at my discretion
