The first was (1) 2-story deed, 1 large patio deed, and 1 CBD. With the cost of the first 2 deeds at 192400, and 152800, plus the CBD at 200k, the value of this bid is 545200 gp.

The 2nd offer included 2 CBD's , 1 small house deed, plus a beard redo deed and an anniversary timepiece. Since I only accept gold/house deeds/CBD's, the value of this bid would be 443800 gp.
