When I put the arrow down in the Skills menu and i practise that skill it wont reduce it. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks.

Before the skill will decrease you must have already reached the skill point cap. The skill point cap is 700.0 (base) points. You can select the "display base" button on your skill list scroll in game or on razor you can view the base value of the skill under the skill tab.

Once you have reached 700 base skill points you can then select the skills you wish to decrease and be sure the arrow next to the skill is facing down. Whenever you increase your skill(s) that are set to increase then you will lose the same amount of skill points in the skill you have set to decrease.

Thank you egamretsam. Yes it did.. so it means i can skill up all i want now?

As long as you have a skill marked down and you have points in that skill, the cap won't prevent or effect skill gain
