the really really neon ones are 3 years old and unavailable now
therse some really nice ones available via silver turn in,
the rest come off healers artists brides and weavers

Thanks. All this time I have been helping these people get to whatever town after rescuing them from brigands/rat men/orcs when I should have been killing them and stealing their footwear.
