forum harassment and regulation.

Post by Bull »

Does anyone feel like trade forum harassment has gotten out of control? I made my first post about hairdyes and had to report 14 posts for off topic... then the posts started to become personal attacks... then eventually lead by beatingu making a post about undercutting my prices.... there has to be something done about this. How is it that a person cannot simply put up an item for sale without receiving this type of harassment. Also why is there a complete lack of following of the forum rules without any bans or temporary bans taking place? I really would like some gms to seriously consider addressing these issues.

Whoever moderates is doing a great job without question however the moderator is not on at all times and repute offenders should be punished. I can name a few people who constantly harass other peoples posts consistently on the forums and should be held accountable for their actions.

You can't expect mods to be on 24/7 here, after all it's a free shard.

Also, I do agree that there has been an epic fallout in terms of rule following in that particular forum. Those that wish to create drama need to be banned.

There are no rules against offering an alternative bid amount.

There should not be any rule against providing critical information on the item up for bid either.

Offering retarded bids over and over and over is ridiculous and needs to stop. You are most guilty of this.

I'm offering an alternative bid where they can collect immediately instead of waiting. I value that at a higher price than most, that doesn't make it incorrect to bid.

Yours bids are ridiculous and you know it. You're bored. Go play the game?

Offering a standard small deed + 5000 gold for something like a brick house is silly...
