Where does one find magical clothing?

champion of virtue sash isn't magical. it's just an oldish quest item that isnt obtainable anymore. you can buy them from people for 70-80k or something.

magical clothing would be clothing with magic charges (blessing, invisibility, magic reflection etc.) and they drop on a variety of monsters aswell as in treasure chests and dungeon chests.

To bless a piece of clothing you need a Clothing Bless Deed. Tons of them for sale at the moment.

Magical clothing is most easily obtained from magical mongbat tailors. Several of them spawn in the sewers underneath Britain. The easiest one to locate is named hemperor.

magical item of blessing = an item that has blessing charges (gives +10 to each of your stats temporarily, like the spell bless)

blessed clothing = clothing that you don't lose when you die.
