-Use a disguise kit
-Dye your hair (under disguise) some other color.
-Log out your character out for server restart
-Log back in when server comes up, the hair has reset to white.

Sometimes death seems to reset your disguise kit as well. The OSI patch notes clearly state 2 in game hours. Incognito can also remove the kit, there should be no way to do this aside from macroing 2 hours in game.
