Hair Restyle Deed did not work?

This morning around 5am I logged on to one of my Matron de Winter characters (this one specifically http://my.uosecondage.com/Status/Player/16877) and went up to a chest I had containing exactly 2 hair restyle deeds (among other items) with the intent of going bald and then using the other for long hair, to turn it white. I used the first deed, selected bald from the gump, and then pressed continue/okay. Waited, nothing happened. I still have long brown hair.

I paged a GM, but it must have been too early in the morning for any to assist me.

Additionally: I might be in the market for another hair restyle deed if anyone has one for sale
