MyUOSA

So, I was told if I created a UOSA account with the same email as I registered my SA account that it would automatically connect my game account with the profile, but it hasn't and when i click profile or whatever for the MyUOSA it says Shard Acct Access: No.

How do I go about fixing this? I've looked all over the page and can see nothing
