Almost 2 mil for a keep? You people are nuts. Real estate isn't even hard to come by on this shard. That coupled with the fact that the population has been pretty steady (not growing) for quite sometime......you need to get realistic with your prices (as I see in this thread the dealer has). Large houses are dropping everyday on here, I don't know why people are bidding so high on anything but 1. Prime Location or 2. a Castle. More than half the castles arent even put to use anyway since everyone and their mom has a rune to the CY.
