What's a high int dexer?
The only weapons this should effect is bardiche, halberd, and the archery weapons. Beyond that, every weapon has speed 30 and higher and even at 1 stamina would swing in cycles under 5 seconds.

You can check the math yourself, but according to my formulas...
At 25 stamina, a halberd will swing every 4.75 seconds.
At 1 stamina, a halberd will swing at every 5.75 seconds.
Previously (currently) that would be capped at 5.00 seconds for a worst-case scenario. But, because of the wrestling trick, halberds should be 99% unaffected by this change anyways, since everyone just uses the 2.25 second 25-stamina wrestling timer.

Took you guys long enough to figure it out xD I've know it since 1999 (and it was 5 secs back then)
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
Btw there is also a max swing rate, it is 4 per sec, which is not reachable by "normal" means...
