today i have my very nice beach brick with absolutly no spawn for sale.
just perfect for any fisher,
its on fire isle near the fire temple and as you know the serverline is at this isle.
its one of the places with no giant or silver serp spawn so you can
also fish outside your house peacefull ;)

price is set at deed+2smalls

As a fellow man of the sea this is one of the best sea side houses i have seen in a while in very nice location. It would take you just under 4 min or less to get to the server line. and so close to water you will be able to drop off loot into your house with ease. *BUMP*
