Quick question on stats,
I know I'm going for 100str/int/25dex for my bard,
However when I get to my mage what should I shoot for?
Also for a crafter, how much int do you need to get around with magery eventually?
Also, for reference, what's a standard Tamer template for down the road?

Re: Stat questions
What's the deal with Last Object too?
Trying to use my Last Object hotkey for getting kindling with my dagger and it's not selecting the dagger? (Works for my drum w/ Music though...)
edit: for some reason disabling Smart Last Target fixed this... (?) weird

Re: Stat questions
Mage should be the same, 100str/100int/25dex.
For a crafter, 55 magery is enough to be able to Recall most of the time. If you need to move big piles of wood, ore, or whatever else, you may decide you want 75+ magery to be able to Gate it.
For a tamer, you'd want:
Taming
Animal Lore
Magery
Meditation
Then, most people choose (in order):
Veterinary
Wrestling
Eval Int
Hiding
Resist
Personally, I have Vet, Wrestling and Resist. I don't like Eval Int - your spells can do enough damage to monsters already, and your pets should be doing most of the work anyways. Hiding, I can see an argument for, but it's only really used once you've sicked some dragons on a PK or two and want to make sure they have to deal with the dragons, not you. I prefer resist though, since it helps against PKs and monsters, and if you're smart and watch your health, PKs shouldn't be a big issue unless there's 3 or more.

Re: Stat questions
OK. Out of curiosity how would a Peacemaking Tamer fare here?
Re: Stat questions
Would be OK, but I don't see the point of using up two skills for peacemaking and music. Vet and magery will keep your pet healed through any situation you could encounter, up through Balrons and Ancient Wyrms if your pet is a dragon.
Re: Stat questions
Dex really only affects weapon speed, so if you're not using a weapon skill, there's no reason for your stats not to be 100 str, 100 int, and 25 dex.
