How can we do this securely? I have been scammed several times since I started...

The forum can be a bit slow moving. It's quite normal for replies to take a few hours/next day :)

mail sent. Basically we can do it to ways anabell hand deeds forst then I transfer (I have positive feedback from a number of trades done this way) or we can get a broker. Either way works for me

My paranoia was unfounded.
The deal went very smoothly, I traded the deeds, then he transfered ownership of the house to me.
Couldn't be more happy with the transaction!
Landcaster is truely trustworthy, and a man of his word!
Thank you again!

Just one more post then I'll stop!
I just wanted to say that I spent literally 3 or 4 hours today, running around all of the map, looking for a spot to place a large brick house. Even though he did it only to make money, to me, he's done me a huge favore!
Thank you again Landcaster! You are a good man! It is good to know there are still people you can trust in this world!

Smooth transaction, as stated she transfered deeds then I transfered house. Hope you enjoy the place and as stated earlier if you wish to make a bigger house later on it will fit a tower
