I could be mistaken, I have no idea the actual spawn rate. However the fact that they spawn at all greatly reduces their value.

you could get way more mate. most black sandals are still from when they spawned like crazy. i personaly farmed them before and after the patch. i had like 2 pairs in 2h like 2 weeks long 1-2x a day per week and after the patch not one single pair... i also have to admint that iam in contact with other rare hunter and they also wonder about the spawn because they dont get them anymore.

ppl used to farm them hardcore when it was bugged, thats y they shouldnt be so extreme expensive. not because they spawn NOW like regz on the ground.
