Who owns "The Bank" boat (s) at cove dragons?

Well the journey has been long and hard as i stumbled clueless into the underground cave containing a few dragons ,drakes, snakes and slimy things.

I see a few boats and tailor men had lost their way and come a ground in the little water that had someone condensed there over the years most likely. As the men on these boats looked old and tired from what i could as i called over to them as dragons set my ass on fire.

The problem was I was chased off by these might dragons before i could get the required information about who they worked for.

As I wish to replace them in there horrid job they have of guarding the boat but I need to know to owner to work out some sort of deal.

So, if you or know anyone who knows this information please do let me know.

Those boats will never ever ever move.

They are there to prevent gold farming and making the server trammel like.

They are my favorite assets
