Ocllo small ZOMG IN GUARD ZONE!!!

Taking offers on this small in Ocllo, literally 2 steps from the guard zone. There is NO spawn, and only one small neighbor, barely visible from the house. Would make a great little shop, or nice treasure hut for the enterprising Sosarian nomad.
